Chocolate Crepe …..
 
INGREDIENTS :
·        3 small eggs/2 big eggs
·        ½ cups sifted flour
·        ¾ cup warmed milk
·        3 table spoon caster sugar
·        1 teaspoon baking powder
·        2 tablespoon s salted butter
·        Pinch grounded cardamom –cinamon powder
 
PREPARATION :
 
§  Beat eggs in a big bowl.
§  Add dry ingredients to it.
§  Warm milk and add it in melted butter. Pour it in the bowl.
§  Once mixed, strain the batter to avoid lumps.
§  Add a pinch of salt if u r not using salted butter.
 
§   Pour 1 table spoon butter in a crepe pan on medium flame.
§  Pour 1/4th cup of the prepared batter and spread it evenly on the pan.
§  After around 1 minute, flip the crepe over to ensure both sides are cooked to light brown color and remove.
 
SERVING STYLE :
Wrap the crepe with chocolate sauce and whipped cream and serve.
