INDO HAWAIIAN CHICKEN……
INGREDIENTS:                                                                                                                                                                                  
·         Chicken breast boneless 250 gm
·         One large onion chopped
·         1-1/2 table spoon Ginger garlic paste
·         One large tomato chopped                                                                                                     
·         Bell paper(red/yellow/green)- one large chopped
·         Fresh pineapple chopped /canned pineapple -100 gm
·         Chilli powder-1 tea spoon
·         Turmeric powder -1/2 tea spoon
·         Salt n sugar according to taste
·         2-3 green chillies
·         Feta cheese cubes… 4-5 pieces
·         Oregano-1 tea spoon
·         Lemon juice-1 tea spoon
PREPARATION :
§  Marinate chicken with ginger –garlic paste,chilli powder, lemon juice and keep aside for 1-2 hours
§  Heat 3 -4 tablespoons of light cooking oil on a non stick frying pan
§  Add onion and saute till it becomes golden brown.  Add ginger garlic paste, tomato and chicken and saute till the tomato and chicken becomes soft….then add salt, turmeric and chilli powder
§  .Add  bellpaper and pineapple….Mix and cook over high flame for 2-3 mins
§  Add sugar and  lemon juice….wait for one min and lastly mix feta cheese and oregano……
SERVING:
Garnish with pineapple and red chillies…….serve hot with steamed garlic rice……
